COPTHORNE SOLWAY PARK & THE GRILL 1000m Track: SOFT 5 True |

|---|---|---|---|---|
|
They look to roll along early with Karyon and Bodacious Kate leading the charge.
CARSOLIO (1) finished just over a length from the winner in fourth at Pukekohe just over a month ago, and his form prior to that was also very sound. Dropping back to 1000m is the key, and with the aid of a 2kg claim, he should be hard to beat. SO WE GO (2) was unsuited by the firm track at Whanganui nearly 4 weeks ago, and he has not missed a cheque in 2 starts in this circuit over 1000m. With some cut in the ground, he can bounce back into the top 3. MY FERRARI (4) showed promise in his initial prep, and he will be a lot stronger this year. He likes it wet, and even without any public trials leading into this, he still has to be respected. Each way value. KARYON (5) just battled fresh up in a 5-horse field nearly 2 months ago, and she would not have a problem if the track was good. She has the pole position and can improve. BAD EDUCATION (6) has trekked South for his second up start, and he usually improves sharply with racing. As a 5-race winner, he can't be underestimated. SUGGESTED PLAY: My Ferrari each way.
