Expecting King Of France to find the lead but there will be plenty of pressure over the sprint trip. LE TROY (7) was scratched since his last run 35 days ago due to a jaw injury, but his run at Junction a month ago was very good when narrowly beaten. Although back in trip today, this sets up nicely for him and if he can run up to that figure, he'll be getting the job done. KING OF FRANCE (6) won impressively two back before failing to fire up in trip most recently at Kalgoorlie. On the quick turnaround today and drops right back to 1200m which looks a more suitable trip for him. Can be prominent in the run and get back to winning ways. ROEY CLAM (3) hasn't been far away in recent efforts and looks well placed in this event. Whittington remains in the saddle and he's sure to put his best foot forward. DUBLIN RED (5) is better than she's shown her past couple and can improve with an inside barrier and the winkers back on. OUR KIWI PRINCESS (2) is in the mix. SUGGESTED PLAY: Le Troy looks the one to beat.
