Shadow Storm has good early speed and can set a decent tempo. Lots of these are bursting to open their accounts. GINA'S A STAR (3) was solid fresh then ran a much improved race last time when just missing. Looks ready to break through and gets her chance. QUEEN CHRISTINE (13) was run off her legs on debut over 1000m but made late ground and although ninth wasn't too far from the winner. This suits much better and suspect she can improve sharply. SHADOW STORM (6) started at big odds at debut and gave a sight, finishing fourth. Nicely weighted with the claim and can run a big race again. REGAL SURGE (1) is going better than form suggests, finishing fourth at both runs this time in. Leading chance who should be in this for a long way. SUGGESTED PLAY: Stick with Gina's A Star.
