From wide out Diamond Light can slide over and set up a genuine tempo. SUNLIT FRESCO (6) made every post a winner last start and Bunbury in a high-rating performance to shed the maiden tag. She can take up the running again from a favourable alley and she's open to further improvement third-up. Can bring up back-to-back wins. AMARLIE MISS (8) bumped into a sharp race first-up over 1400m and drops back to this trip with CJP hopping back in the saddle. She may need some luck from the draw, but her best form is good enough and a bold effort is anticipated. PLATINUM CLASS (1) disappointed over 1400m in Saturday company on the weekend and is on the quick turnaround now. Chris Parnham hops in the saddle, suggesting this is a targeted attack, and if she can return to her prior form, she'll take plenty of beating. GARDEN QUARTZ (3) hasn't been sighted for a year and may need the run, but her recent trial was up to the mark. Won't be far away. SUGGESTED PLAY: Sunlit Fresco can win again.
