Expecting Noterbel to find the lead but there will be plenty of pressure over the sharp trip. JUSTWATCHHER (10) was impossible to miss when resuming over 1000m at Canberra last start, flashing home from near the tail to get up for third. Perfectly placed over an extra furlong with that run under the belt. Has more upside than these and should be breaking through. JACKETS (3) is a 13-start maiden who continues to race well. Made up plenty of ground to finish a close fifth over 1000m at Canberra last time, beaten under a length by Justwatchher. Well drawn and the extra furlong is sure to suit. NOTERBEL (4) backs up eight days after being beaten narrowly over 1300m at Dubbo. Lightly raced mare who is still going well deep into her maiden campaign. Definite contender. VAREKOVA (6) has not raced since failing on debut at Kembla in July. Finds a softer target to launch this prep so keep her safe. COOL NANCZYE (8) was easily accounted for on debut at Gunnedah but can improve over a bit more ground today. SUGGESTED PLAY: Keen on Justwatchher.
