Strips fitter and should be in the firing line again. FETES DES MERES (4) has put together two strong placings, most recently a narrow second over this journey at Mudgee. Winning hoop in Grima reunites and can add to the tally. RHYTHM IS A DANCER (1) scored two back at Mudgee but wasn’t at his best last start at Gunnedah. Can bounce back. EPIC POEM (6) was well held first-up but fitter now and capable of sharp improvement on quick turnaround. STARLINK (5) can contest for a place and may add some value.
