Solid tempo with Tara I Am to lead but under plenty of pressure in a keen early contest. OUR EAGLE ROCK (1) was plainer at Mackay but his form over this distance the three prior stacks right up. Gets in well with the 3kg claim and he deserves another chance. SPIRIT OF BLUEY (5) was on speed and won a Townsville Open 2 at only her second start. Ran a good relative number and she looks capable of taking the next step. DESARAE DOLL (3) was a big Maiden winner at Bowen bet off the map and she will keep improving for the premier stable. Drops back to a shorter sprint but she runs along. MINXY (6) saluted by a long neck last start when fresh at Bowen and should race on the speed. In the mix. SUGGESTED PLAY: Going with Our Eagle Rock.
