A solid tempo on the cards with Gold Irene leading the way. COME UP ROSES (1) finished second, beaten a neck, when resuming from a spell last start over 1800m at Hanshin Dirt. That form is a long way ahead of her rivals today. Should crack the maiden win. SATONO RICHARD (7) could only manage fourth on debut then improved last start but found a couple better over 1800m at Hanshin Dirt, beaten 3.5 lengths. Looks well placed to run the quinella. VOCALIZE (6) has been in the betting at both starts but has failed to live up to market expectations. Most recently finished fourth over 1800m at Hanshin Dirt, beaten 4.5 lengths. In trifecta and first four calculations. BATUCADA (3) finished 5.5 lengths away in fourth at his last appearance over 1400m at Hanshin Dirt on September 27. One of the each-way hopes.
