Pace strong with Royale Jacket and Winchester leading with Oklahoma Smokeshow nearby. Tricky race where two of the main hopes return after a poor debut then having been gelded. GONNA CATCH YOU (8) was well fancied on debut at Vaal and dropped out to last. Gelded since and leading rider sticks with him. Worth another chance. Likewise, TASKMASTER (9) was heavily bet on debut and also did little, and was also gelded. Given a spell and sure to be much improved back at the races again. WINCHESTER (3) has been edging towards a win and has the fitness edge on those. Placed last two and expected to go close. KORCULA (10) ran a much improved race at second outing to hit the frame and has more upside. ROYALE JACKET (4) has placed two of last three and looks a leading chance.
