Sure to be a genuine tempo with the whole field on debut. Your guess is as good as mine in a race full of 2YO first starters. A couple of these have turned heads at the trials, including INHABIT (5), a daughter of Golden Slipper winner Stay Inside that bolted in to win her trial by 5L. She was under a hold there after showing plenty of early zip and she may be too fast for them over 900m. BLANDFORD BARON (1) is another that trialed sharply here. He will carry less weight than the filly after the 3kg claim and he might be allowed to let run as well. MEADOWS FLYER (6) was a cheapie at the sales but she's got a nice pedigree and ability to match, if her quiet trial is any guide. Suspect those three can run the trifecta. REBEL TUESDAY (7) is from a top stable and deserves respect, while EAST INDIES (4) sneaks over the border and is worth some thought. SUGGESTED PLAY: Backing Inhabit to win.
