TAISEI MONSTRE (4) was below his best last time, finishing sixth over 1600m at this track. Sure to run well. VIP AKUA (3) hasn't been far away recently including last time out when third over 1400m at this track. Has good early toe so she should be handy in the run. Not to be discounted.
