Strong pace from Cosmo Nashville, Masayume and Queen Mitsuko, with Drunk Man and Bear Shot on their heels. QUEEN MITSUKO (6) is putting together some solid results. Finished third two starts back then scored by half a length as favourite last time out over 1500m at this track. Meeting a deeper field this time but she can win again. COSMO NASHVILLE (7) went forward and gave a great sight before finishing second when resuming last time out over 1500m at this track. Needs to be at his best to beat this field but he deserves plenty of thought. DRUNK MAN (4) finished eighth over 920m at this track at his most recent appearance on November 25. Has switched to the Fujigasaki Kazuhito stable. Makes plenty of appeal. MASAYUME (1) has been in the market at his last couple of runs but failed to threaten, the latest effort a modest ninth at this track over 920m. Well-placed and can sneak into the finish.
