EXCEEDINGLY BRAZEN (4) has been just behind the placegetters in both runs since joining the new stable and looks to be building up to a maiden victory. Strikes a very winnable contest here and should be right there when the whips are cracking. Former NSW galloper DARK FAE (8) is first-up here for the new barn but is sure to find this easier than what she faced down south. Revved up for this with a recent trial victory and can run a big race while fresh. A LITTLE XTRA (1) returned in good order with a close-up second at Cairns and will have come on with that run now under the belt. Top-three conveyance.
