Strong pace from Water Riche and Sunrise Hazard pushing forward, along with Smart Numen. ROSA CHIARO (8) is a genuine type with three minor placings from four starts this prep. Continued the trend last time out when runner-up over 1400m at Kasamatsu. Finds a tougher race but a win is not out of the question. TAKE NOTICE (12) missed the frame last start over 1700m at this track, finishing sixth. Likely improver with strong prospects. SUNRISE HAZARD (2) was in the money two starts back but couldn't back it up last time when ninth at this track over 1700m. Terrific chance to return to form. EL DIANA (5) progressed nicely last start to finish a close third over 1500m at this track. This looks a good race for her so another forward showing looks likely.
