Plenty of pace with Argyros and Mr Damage up front, pressured by Crazy Mikki and Beebee.
CONFEDERATE LADY (6) is back from a four-month spell. Opened last prep with a close third in a similar race to this at Ballina then again finished less than a length from the winner over this course and distance at the next run. Can win with a little luck from the awkward gate. ARGYROS (2) was impressive on debut last start over this distance at Taree where he pinged straight to the front then ran them off their legs in the soft going. Only needs to do something similar on top of the ground to test this field. INVINCIBLE WHIP (1) returned from a spell last time out in a comparable race to this and really caught the eye late in the piece, getting up for second. Plenty of pace here which will suit - watch for another big finish. MR DAMAGE (4) was third in the same race as Invincible Whip here recently. Has been up for a while so improvement limited. One for the exotics. CRAZY MIKKI (5) resumes. Placed two from two when fresh and is a winner here so her credentials are good. SUGGESTED PLAY: Confederate Lady to win first-up.
