FASCINATION (6) showed improvement in her last start over this course and distance. She showed speed and stayed on well to finish third. The 4kg claiming Apprentice Dezahn Louw retains the ride and she rates well as a leading chance. WATER HYACINTH (3) has produced three decent efforts to date. She received a check leaving the start last time and stayed on well to finish third. She is having her peak run today and should be cherry-ripe. WHAT A PASSION (9) showed pace over 1100m last time, but found one too good on the day. She is a progressive type and may have more to come. EBISU (7) looked in need of her debut effort over this course and distance. She would have gained from the experience and with the natural improvement that is expected can finish in the placings.
