Expecting a moderate pace headed by Happy As Larry and One Target. HISTORY WON'T CARE (5) got there just in time to score his maiden victory at Pinjarra 13 days ago, winning as a very short priced favourite. He closed off in some strong sectionals there and this looks a similar set up to his latest win. On the rise and can bring up back-to-back wins. HOBA METEOR (2) resumed with a narrow win over 1200m at Pinjarra (S) on May 15th and rates highly off that effort. The stable were happy to throw her in the deep end last campaign, showcasing their opinion of the filly. Plenty of time off since the win on resumption and with improvement likely, she'll be right in the finish. HAPPY AS LARRY (1) scored a good win over this track and trip a fortnight ago in soft conditions. He does rise in weight, but the claim of Derrick comes in handy and he won't be far away. KINGS SALUTE (6) can improved getting back out in distance following a disappointing effort last time out. SUGGESTED PLAY: History Won't Care can win again.
