MCA POLYTRACK PLATE 1100m
Anticipating a good amount of early pressure with many of these babies facing the starter for the first time. The 2YO's kick things off and LOVES TALKING (11) makes plenty of appeal on debut. She was good in a recent trial at Belmont over 400m, showing plenty of speed and sustaining it to the line. Looks a smart filly and she can make a statement on debut. MONTE TREMEZZO (1) was very good on debut when running over the top to score by 0.2L over 1000m. The extra journey looks to suit and she showed on debut she can sit off the leaders. Should be launching a strong attack late. CAWARRA (10) has the trial form around Loves Talking and stepped up to 1000m in a trial last start and put her rivals away with ease. Chris Parnham has been with her all along and he sticks today. Draws ideally and should be in the finish. BUNDABERG (3) tired late on debut but draws better today and that form was prominent in betting in the Magic Millions last week. Worth including. ELEGANT RULER (7) can be running on well late in the race. SUGGESTED PLAY: Going with Loves Talking in the opener. |

TABTOUCH - WESTSPEED PLATINUM HANDICAP 1000m
Solid tempo expected primarily from Hit The Jackpot and Tawkin' Jibberish. TAWKIN' JIBBERISH (7) led the field over this course and distance last start and bolted in when favourite. She steps back up to this grade where she'd been around the mark prior, but Parnham sticks in a big push for her chances. Can bring up back-to-back wins. SCORPION RULER (6) bolted in at Mt Barker when favourite off a 45-day break, leading throughout and posting a strong figure. She maps beautifully from a low barrier and she still has some upside. Third-up now and she can land the knockout blow. HIT THE JACKPOT (5) disappointed out in trip last start when tiring late in the race. Back to 1000m today is a big tick where he'd won 3 on-end prior to last start. Tougher here but figures stack up well. FRANTIC WAR (2) is another who looks better suited back to 1000m and he can be in the finish from a favourable barrier. CESSATION (1) is ticking along nicely and comes through a nice form race last start. Worth including. SUGGESTED PLAY: Tawkin' Jibberish can go back-to-back. |

UNITE RESOURCING HANDICAP 1800m
Barra Mundy has good early speed and can set a decent tempo. HERE FOR CHEQUES (1) ran on well behind a smart one 28 days ago over this course and distance. He draws for a similar run this time around and he will find this easier than recent efforts. Ticking along nicely without winning but gets his chance today. JUSTAMIDDY (5) steps up to this trip for just the third time, though he should get every chance from an inside barrier. He's nicely weighted considering his recent form and if he can run up to his latest figures, he should be right in the finish. BARRA MUNDY (4) is hard to knock on recent form and rises in trip again today. He should be prominent from the barrier and he has placed at this track and trip previously. He's an improving type who can give a bold sight from on the speed. BELLE JOURNEE (6) just missed over the mile last start and rises to this distance today. Back to her best last start and a repeat will see her go close. RED DWARF (2) has claims jumping back up in trip after a good run last time out. SUGGESTED PLAY: Here For Cheques can salute. |

PETERS INVESTMENTS HANDICAP 1000m
Loads of pressure, primarily from Secret Style, Sinful Living and Rocking Gem. SINFUL LIVING (5) disappointed at the end of last campaign after testing herself in some strong 3YO events. Her recent trial suggests she's back on song, as does the booking of Pike. She should be up front from the barrier and she'll prove tough to run down from the front. DEFERRED (7) turned in a nice trial leading into this and she was a fresh winner first-up last campaign. That was different to this, but she's fresh and draws the inside for Chris Parnham. Down in the weights and can play a major role. SILVER EYE (3) trialled back on January 13th and was scratched from Pinjarra last week. He turns up here with a good draw where he should be prominent. Placed 2/3 fresh and he should give a bold sight. MISS FLIRTACIOUS (4) will appreciate coming back to 1000m today and can bounce back to winning ways without surprising. ROCKING GEM (6) was too good last start and can repeat the dose. SUGGESTED PLAY: Sinful Living can resume on a winning note. |

PEARCE RACING YEARLING PARADE TOMORROW HANDICAP 1600m
Genuine tempo with Bigdayonit leading the way. STYLISH LORD (5) looks ready for the rise in trip now after clocking some strong late splits in a 1.8L defeat over 1400m last time out. He's a winner at the mile previously and he should land in a handy position from a good draw. Gaerth claims 2kgs and if he runs to form, he can be winning this. AXEMAN'S JAZZ (4) produced a strong win off a 510-day break to win by 0.3L, running on from the back. Given plenty of time to get over that effort and up to the mile is a big tick. Should get his chance and can win again. RED TORI (8) steps up to the mile for the first time, though she had been running well over 1500m in her starts prior. She was a strong winner last start when running away from her rivals and she should be doing her best work late again in this event. MEMORY PARADE (6) disappointed as favourite last start but is better than that. Can bounce back to winning form. KNOT SECRET (2) will appreciate stepping up to the mile and can make his presence felt. SUGGESTED PLAY: Stylish Lord looks the one to beat. |

MRS MAC'S HANDICAP 1500m
Little Silver, He's Archie and Our Rocky Bay can set a genuine tempo. ESSENTRIC NATURE (6) rattled home from a long way back over 1200m last start, beaten 1L in an eye catching effort. Now third-up and out in distance which looks to suit and he gets Pike in the saddle today. Still an improving type and he can return to winning ways. CAVALLO RED (5) has been right around the mark this time in, beaten 0.9L over 1400m last time out. 1500m doesn't look an issue, though he is likely to get back from the barrier. Should be storming home late in the race. SAIL SESSION (11) got the job done as favourite 45 days ago when winning over 1800m. Looks to be on a Derby path and he can turn in a bold effort. OUR ROCKY BAY (4) hasn't been far away recently and he can make his presence felt. SUGGESTED PLAY: Essentric Nature can get the job done. |

MORLEY GROWERS MARKET - CHALLENGE STAKES 1500m
What's The Point has good early speed and can set a decent tempo. One of the features of the day and the progressive ALL GRUNT (2) makes the step up to Listed company today. He's an exciting horse on the rise and the extra 100m doesn't look a problem. He's should be able to sit a little closer this time and he'll be very hard to hold out if he continues on his current trajectory. RON'S FINALFLUTTER (8) resumed in good order in the Breeders' at Bunbury, beaten 0.8L after sitting on the speed throughout. Brad Parnham hops back in the saddle now and he maps for a lovely run once again. Gets in at the bottom of the weights and should make her presence felt. DEEL HER IN (10) jumped favourite ahead of All Grunt last start and was only 0.3L off him there. She meets him worse at the weights, but she's an improve type who looks up to this grade. Can feature. GLASGOW LASS (6) is interesting out to this trip after sprinting well to begin her career. Won't be far away. FLOWER OF GOLD (9) gets Pike in the saddle and can run a bold race. SUGGESTED PLAY: All Grunt can win again. |

RELIABLE ASSET MAINTENANCE - DETONATOR STAKES 1800m
Just a moderate pace anticipated. SENSESSIONAL (12) sat close to the speed but couldn't match the turn-of-foot off a moderate tempo last start, beaten 1.22L by Bonjoy. Pike hops in the saddle now which is a big tick and he maps to be prominent from the outset. Key scratching with Bonjoy out and she is now the one to beat. OWN THE QUEEN (4) took no part last start when bucking at the start. She's trialled well since and getting up in trip looks ideal. Can sit closer than recent efforts and return to her best form. DEMOLISH (10) has performed well fresh in the past and trialled well recently. Back in trip off the Perth Cup but it wouldn't surprise to see him feature. ANTIQUE MISS (7) gets Parnham in the saddle now and she's expected to feature. SUGGESTED PLAY: Backing Sensessional. |

BELHUS RACING JOIN A RACING SYNDICATE HANDICAP 1200m
A solid tempo on the cards with Golden Vale leading the way. WATCH ME ROCK (2) hit his straps at the end of last campaign, winning comfortably over the mile with Pike in the saddle. He's trialled well coming into this around some smart types and Pike reunites first-up. Drawn to sit close to the speed and he can pick up where he left off. SIBERIAN SIREN (10) comes through a good race first-up where the form has been franked. Chris Parnham sticks and she drops in weight today. Still looks an improving type and she can go to the next level now. BERBERE (4) has won 2/3 first-up and this trip looks ideal for his return. CJP rides and he can feature first-up despite no trials coming in. LONSDALEITE (5) hasn't been far away of late and has to be included. SUGGESTED PLAY: Watch Me Rock can win on resumption. |
