Reasonable tempo with a few going forward, headed by Prohibited. ULTRON (3) made a strong late bid but just failed to pick up the winner last start over 1360m at this track. In the right race and is a winning hope. HYSTERICAL LADY (9) resumes. Looked close to a win before that break, finishing off with a minor placing over 1200m at Murray Bridge. Tuned up with two times leading into this. Nicely placed and expected to go well. BEL HOTESSE (8) turned in a nice effort two days ago when finishing a narrow second over this track and trip after being prominent at the bend. Finds a suitable race and can play a major role. OCOTILLO (1) returns. Finds the maiden win elusive but has produced some solid efforts that put him in the mix in this line-up. 2kg claimer engaged gets him in well at the weights. In the mix. PETITE PUISSANCE (11) next best. SUGGESTED PLAY: Ultron to win. |

RODNEY (7) is backing up two days after finishing a long neck away here. Tricky draw to overcome but is expected to go well again. PADSTOW POLLY (11) has been out of the winner's list for a long time but has been turning in some solid efforts. Well placed and there's no reason she can't feature on quick back-up. EXCELAOT (6) wasn't far away here in sixth just two days ago. Best efforts measure up so worth another chance. BABAYKA (3) shoulders a strong record over this track and trip and is drawn favourably. A solid tempo on the cards with Wanted In A Gust heading them off. VEXATIOUS DANCER (5) paid her supporters here two days ago when digging deep to get the verdict. Drawn to advantage and should prove very tough to reel in again. JAAZEB (3) missed the placings two starts back then ran a better race and finished 1.2 lengths away in fourth last time out over 1050m at this track. Best figures measure up nicely. Sure to run well. REAL VALENTIA (6) chased gamely into fifth behind Vexatious Dancer last start. Has his share of ability and is a top-three prospect. ROYAL FOX (1) returns and looks best of the rest. Can get the job done on quick back-up. SWISS WISH (7) has struggled to threaten so far but holds intrigue on quick back-up. Callan Murray gets the best out of this four-year-old mare. Can play a more prominent role. HEY MIKKI (6) improved last start to finish third over 1000m at Lock. Must raise the bar but another big run is on the cards. SWISSTA (1) was a determined winner three back at Port Lincoln. Has struggled in his last two but gets the blinkers on first time now. Watch for sharp improvement. Hard to beat in another suitable race. LASTAR (5) is close to breaking through, last start finishing just a neck away in second after being prominent from the outset. Best figures measure up. Sure to run well. REDWINELOVER (10) was right in contention when they turned for home and kept finding to finish third last start, beaten one length as favourite. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run. GILDED AGE (11) chased gamely to just miss the frame here two days ago. Worth including with Murray taking back over. EXALTED KATE (9) can bounce back strongly off a quick freshen. SUGGESTED PLAY: Going Bangerang Redback again. |

FIGO THE GREAT (1) turned in a fine effort to salute over this course and distance just two days ago. No reason he can't repeat the dose. WRITTEN BY YOU (3) did well last start but found a couple better over 1750m at this track, beaten only 0.8 lengths after being in the firing line on the corner. Nicely placed to feature. WANNASCHMACK (7) had the better of WBY two days ago when scoring by a neck. Has to be taken seriously again. DOCTOR ROBERT (4) registered a strong win two runs ago then turned in a nice run last time out when third behind FTG two days ago. Best figures measure up so deserves another chance.
