Kangaroo Island Freight Services Maiden Plate 1360m
Lack of speed so it is likely they will just hack along. GABBATRON (6) struggled to make an impression second-up at Murray Bridge behind a dominant maiden winner but wasn't too far away when resuming with a game chasing effort into second. Kept on the fresh side for her third-up assignment and is a leading player. SUENAMI ROSE (8) found the line nicely later when resuming at Hamilton in a hot maiden but has since struggled to go on with it. Strikes an easier assignment and should be hitting her straps fourth-up. Main danger. TITAN RISING (3) has struggled to threaten but strikes a more suitable assignment this time and draws low. In the mix. REIGN IN THE CASH (2) gets the blinkers on first time and is aided at the weights with the 3kg claimer engaged. Likely improver worth keeping safe. SUGGESTED PLAY: Gabbatron gets the nod. |

G & J East Strathalbyn Maiden Handicap 1050m
Strong early tempo with Excelaot and Prohibited leading the way. MISS PANTHERLOT (2) returns. Showed positive signs in her debut prep and looks to have come on nicely during the break, stripping fitter for a Morphettville trial win in readiness. Bold showing anticipated. FRENCH DELICACY (5) was building nicely to her first win before a 62-day freshen. Has kept the legs ticking over with two trials, scoring at her most recent. Draws well and gets help at the weights with the 2kg claimer engaged. Great chance to break through. ON THE LIST (4) hardly impressed on debut before heading straight back to the paddock but appears to have progressed nicely during a short break. Drawn softly and is among the chances. GO GO DOLLY (3) is a Sir Prancealot filly on debut for Kym Healy. Fitter for a solid recent trial. Can feature. SUGGESTED PLAY: Siding with Miss Pantherlot. |

In a small field either Shahin or Figo The Great will find the front. SAVATOFF (4) finds it tough to notch up his second win but will appreciate the drop in grade after a midfield finish last start in town. Rates highly on best efforts and has run well over this trip. Leading player. SALSBURY HILL (2) will also appreciate the easier assignment. Was a barnstorming winner two back at Camperdown in a hot form race. Can easily atone. DOCTOR ROBERT (5) scored with a bit up his sleeve last start at Lock. This is tougher but he deserves respect. COWLEY'S CREEK (6) is yet to strike through this campaign but should be nearing a peak fourth-up and has best figures that measure up. SUGGESTED PLAY: Siding with Savatoff. |

Aurora Ozone Hotel Rating 0 - 54 Handicap 1750m
Moderate tempo with Epaulette Prince leading the way and a few others keeping in touch. WRITTEN BY YOU (2) doesn't win out of turn but is knocking on the door. Steps out to a winning trip from a good draw and strips rock-hard fit. WHISKY SOUR (4) was denied by a long neck of breaking a long run of outs last start at Lock. Rates highly on best figures and keeps the 3kg claimer on to get him in well at the weights. THE ICE CUTTER (8) has been mixing his form this campaign but will appreciate the drop in grade. Steps back in trip on a short turnaround and is among the main chances. WICKED ADDICTION (9) hasn't won for a very long time but profiles well for this back in grade. Don't dismiss. SUGGESTED PLAY: Slight lean to Written By You. |

Royal Tyke is expected to lead at a slick tempo. VEXATIOUS DANCER (5) showed good tactical speed last start in town and fought hard in the lane, only to be reeled in late. Easier this time and has enough dash to offset the tricky draw. Only has to hold her form to prove hard to beat. REAL VALENTIA (6) has the form-lines to match and is a six-time winner over this trip. 2kg claimer reunites to get him in well at the weights. Obvious threat. BABAYKA (4) doesn't win out of turn but has proven capable enough on his day. Shoulders a solid record over this track and trip. Deserves respect. STARLITE REBEL (7) returns and usually runs well fresh. Next best. SUGGESTED PLAY: Vexatious Dancer to win. |

Reasonable tempo with a few going forward, headed by Chiaro. ALLUSION (2) makes his stable debut for Garret Lynch and is a noted fresh performer. Shoulders a solid record over this trip and makes good appeal. Will just need a touch of luck from the draw. BLESS THE FLEET (1) is a 10-year-old returning off a long 320 days. His form hardly impresses but he's jumped out well in readiness and his only win came at this track, placing at his only other run here. Don't dismiss easily. COLORADO CRUZ (3) strikes a more suitable assignment and comes into calculations. LATIN LYRIC (5) capable of getting into the money. SUGGESTED PLAY: Siding with Allusion. |

Run And Tell and Wanted In A Gust should set a strong tempo. MILLIVOY (1) made light work of his rivals two back here over this journey, putting the best part of 3L to his nearest rival. Was far from disgraced last start in town when sticking on gamely into fourth. Only has to hold his form to be fighting out the finish. IN THE DARKNESS (7) has finished midfield in her two runs back. Nearing a peak now and is a two-time winner over this distance. Genuine hope. SWISS WISH (8) wasn't far away fresh but struggled last time at Oakbank. Strips fitter and on the short turnaround and is among the chances. WANTED IN A GUST (10) has been mixing her form this campaign but has best figures that measure up. Can feature down in the weights. SUGGESTED PLAY: Millivoy to win. |

Expecting Redwinelover to take up the running with Lotto Fight and Storm The Fortress close at hand. BANGERANG REDBACK (1) rarely finishes too far away from the action. Drops back in trip off 33-day freshen after narrowly missing here last start. Expect him to settle midfield and be right there again at the business end. LASTAR (4) never rolled over last start at Clare when beaten less than a length. That effort stacks right up for this and he holds genuine appeal on short turnaround. GILDED AGE (5) was a determined winner when resuming at Strathalbyn in a hot maiden. Has been mixing his form subsequently but rates highly on best figures. Don't dismiss. Similar story for REDWINELOVER (6). Deserves to be included in chances. SUGGESTED PLAY: Siding with Bangerang Redback. |
