FURTHER AWAY (6) hasn't featured at his last two runs, the latest when finishing down the track at Hakodate. Finds an easier assignment and is a winning hope. LAPHETYE (3) steps up in trip and is backing up nine days after finishing third at Morioka Dirt. Jumps from a good gate and is a winning chance. ROUGE ASTREA (1) is a five-start maiden who resumed from a spell last start at Hakodate. Will derive great benefit from that outing and deserves consideration.
