Blaine Marx-Jacobson who has two wins when partnering stays on. Should be in the finish. LOVABLE (3) is racing well, scoring two back at this track before finishing 2.5 lengths from the winner in second last time over 1000m at Turffontein Inside. Should camp just off the leaders. Sure to be in the finish. HAMMER BLOW (9) was safely held when third last time out over 1000m at this track, beaten 4 lengths. That followed a win at this track at the previous outing. Has started four times at this course and distance and is yet to miss the placings. Steps up a level but he is capable of running a bold race. GUNBOAT (8) doesn't boast the best winning strike rate but ran a nice race last time out, finishing second and beaten only 0.6 lengths over 1160m at Turffontein Standside. Can build on that solid recent effort.
