Solid tempo with Toa Rhodanthe leading from Santa Ana Wind and Miracle Rise. ORI'S GENIE (8) dug deep to score two back then was third over 1500m at this track last time a month ago. Ryo Novata who has scored on him two times retains the mount. Right in this. QUEEN'S KAYANOHIME (2) started at $8 last time and ran below expectations, finishing seventh at Kawasaki over 1500m. On her best form she is capable of testing her rivals. SANTA ANA WIND (4) returned from a spell five weeks ago when she was fifth over 1400m at this track. Fitter so expect a better run this time. TOA RHODANTHE (3) showed good early speed from the inside draw last time and led into the straight before faded out of it, finishing fifth over 800m at this track. Deserves respect.
