ELAN FEVRE (3) finished second behind Tagano Himorogi at this track over this distance when fresh from a break last time out. Has a very good record here including eight wins from 14 starts. Leading contender. T O NEWTON (7) has been in the placings at his last two starts, finishing second last time over 1400m at this track. Looks well placed so expect another big run. T O PERSONAL (6) was in the firing line on the corner and finished second last time here. Hard to beat in this suitable race.
