AFRICAN PRINCE (1) continued the good recent form when he finished just a head away in second last time out over 1160m at Turffontein Standside. Long overdue for a win. Strong effort last time in much tougher grade and looks a leading hope. ROMILLY (2) gave away a start then stormed home to win over 1200m at this track last time out. Should be winding up late again. TRAIL RUNNER (14) finished fifth two runs back at this track then improved last time out to score by a nose as favourite over 1200m at this track. In top recent form winning three of last four. Can get the job done again. DANTE'S BOND (8) fought on for third last start over 1160m at Turffontein Standside, beaten 6 lengths to add to some fine recent form. Looks well placed so expect a big run this time.
