Moderate tempo headed by Freddie Barows. FREDDIE BAROWS (2) was safely held when fourth last time out over 1300m at this track, beaten 4 lengths after being in the firing line on the corner. That followed a win at this track at the previous outing. Ideally placed and is sure to take plenty of stopping. GOLDFARBEN (4) returns from a spell of eight months. Was safely held at the only appearance last prep when eighth over 1600m at Niigata. Has switched to the Shinji Kudo yard over the break. Rates highly and should take beating. EEL TESORO (8) finished 9 lengths away in seventh last time out over 1300m at this track after being in contention on the corner two weeks ago. Tackles a longer journey this time. Right in this. MISSION RAIL (6) settled at the rear then stoked up nicely in the straight to finish sixth over 1300m here last time. Should prove tough to hold out.
