Reasonable tempo with a few going forward, headed by Quads. GRANDITE (4) has scored at his last four starts, most recently by a neck over 1600m at this track as favourite. That continued the very strong form this campaign, with four wins from four runs. Leading player again. TWILIGHT (9) ran below expectations last time at this track over 1400m, finishing fifth and beaten 5 lengths. Takayuki Yano stays aboard. Well placed and should be in the finish. QUADS (5) was sent out at $15.10 last time but ran above expectations and won over 1600m at this track. Should camp just off the leaders. Winning claims on best figures. BRAVOCERATOPS (7) is back after a break of ten weeks. Looking to emulate his win at this track when returning from a spell last prep. One to consider.
