Sizzling pace from Go Platinum, Logi Mustang and Fuerte Tesoro locking horns ahead of Madame Fantasia and M T Waltz. GO PLATINUM (8) pushed forward last time and boxed on to finish 6 lengths away in second over 850m at Mizusawa. Needs to be at her best to beat this field but she is good enough to play a major role. LOGI MUSTANG (3) was well in commission last start over 850m at Mizusawa when fourth, beaten 2.5 lengths. Yuri Takahashi who has scored on her three times retains the mount. Sure to play a big role. M T WALTZ (10) hasn't been able to break through for an extended period, the latest effort a fourth over 1400m at Kanazawa after being prominent at the turn. Must raise the bar but a big run is on the cards. LIBERTE (6) last appeared when he finished sixth over 1600m at Mizusawa on November 24. Looks a strong top-three prospect.
