Several of these have good gate speed so a strong tempo is expected. DINGLE GREY (2) back in grade where she sprinted quickly to defeat inferior opposition over 1200m at Quirindi in good time. Goes up a couple of grades today and looks hard to stop in a winnable race. TAKE THE JACKPOT (8) came out of a very fast race second-up when he gripped on to secure third over 1200m at Quirindi. Gets map favours here and should be at his top for this. Leading contender. PATRIOTICINTENTION (4) made a mess of his rivals when clearing out for a dominant victory over 1206m at Port Macquarie in the heavy (10) going. Gets in light again with the claim and stays in the mix. PHOENIX POWER (7) resumes with a good fresh record. Sat on the tempo with the 61kg for a courageous second over 1600m at this track last January. Fitted with the one 1007m trial and goes into the exotics. SUGGESTED PLAY: Box Quinella 2,8,4,7.
