Rocapozzene and Dark City possess good early speed and will battle for early honours. DARK CITY (1) has a good record at country level and proved that again when shifting stables earlier in the year and winning his first 2 starts on this track for this campaign from his new yard. He is not badly treated at the weights as he steps up slightly in grade and a hat-trick of wins is not beyond him. LO LO LONHRO (5) failed to fire a shot here last week after a handy fresh-up effort for second, also on this track. He is worth another chance, especially with 4.5 kilos less to carry. Each-way value. ROMERO (9) has been thereabouts in tougher company this year and will find it a lot easier at this level. He is nearly 7 weeks between runs and can make his presence felt. Include in all combinations. ROCAPOZZENE (6) showed plenty of pace to lead up a far stronger field at Belmont 3 weeks ago and understandably knocked up in the run home. She won't mind the drop back to a sprint trip and can't be risked. Watch closely. SUGGESTED PLAY: Dark City to win.
