They should roll along at a decent clip in a true test for the milers. CAPE LIGHTS (1) ran a decent race in her last start over 1450m on the Vaal Classic course, finishing fourth of nine. She has won once and finished second three times from five starts over this course and distance. She does have a wide draw to overcome, but gets the services of Gavin Lerena who will give her all the necessary assistance needed from the saddle. KISSING MACHINE (5) followed up her maiden win with a good second-place finish over this distance on the Standside course last start. She tries the blinkers for the first time which should keep her mind on the task at hand. Rates well as one of the leading contenders. MAGICAL FLIGHT (2) fought on well to finish second of 10 last start over 1400m on the Standside course when sent out at long odds. She has won once, finished second once and third once from four starts over this course and distance. May prove hard to peg back in the run home. WORK OF TIME (6) turned in a better run last start when finishing fourth and can place.
