Plenty of pressure over the sharp trip. WITHIN REASON (9) is having her first start for the leading stable of Tony Gollan and looked sharp when finishing fourth in a recent trial at Doomben. James Orman in the saddle fresh up is a very strong lead and she is nicely placed at this level. Hard to beat. WAHINE GALAXY (16) was a brave winner by a head fresh up on this track by a head and then jumped sharply in class and blew her chances at the start with a slow beginning. She is capable of bouncing back quickly here. Stick with her. ADRANOS (3) built strongly to a narrow win by a nose at Doomben last start. He is used to wide draws and has enough scope to go right on with the job. DAYU (10) won on the poly track at the Sunshine Coast 2 starts back and then motored home from last to finish sixth on a heavy turf track there last time out in a 100K contest. That form will stack up nicely in this and he has to be respected. Watch for him late. SUGGESTED PLAY: Within Reason to win.
