Solid tempo with several going forward headed by Paint Me Red. Maher-trained KHOR (4) deserved the heavily-backed Echuca win over this trip and looked in need of the run first-up in better class. Had been away for a while and will be much sharper today stepping up in distance. Go LUV THE BOOL (1) didn't handle the heavy track at Geelong but the form prior reads well. Has been kept on the fresh side and will lead or box seat. The 2kg claim brings him into it. PAINT ME RED (11) is better than the form line suggests. He runs along and gets in well with the 2kg claim. CUMBRIAN QUEEN (14) races forward and will be much more competitive coming back to the mile. Her best would see her in the finish. SUGGESTED PLAY: Leaning to Khor.
