A strong tempo assured with Blue Can Talk and Kelly's Li Za Lu leading the charge. BLUE CAN TALK (3) has been in top form at Esperance this prep with 3 wins there from 5 starts. She had a couple of runs on her home track to open her career and is returning a much more complete horse and can make it 2 wins on the bounce. TREASURED QUEEN (7) is resuming from a spell for new trainer Peter Fernie who is very hard to beat anytime one of his charges lines up on his home track. She is having her first run at country level and can take this out fresh up. HIDDEN RUBY (4) is a stablemate of the second pick and is resuming from a spell. She made good progress during her last campaign and will be a lot stronger this time in. A 3-kilo claim will help and she is worth including in all multiples. BLAZING PASSION (1) is very competitive at this level and led all of the way when scoring by over a length at Esperance a fortnight ago. She has to carry an extra 2-kilos this time but will still be the one to peg back. Stick with her. SUGGESTED PLAY: Blazing Passion each-way.
