Several of these have good gate speed so a strong tempo is expected. Good race. CELERITY (1) is the up and running horse who will take plenty of catching around here. She bolted in at Flemington two back, just feeling the pinch late over 1100m there last time out but still running a good race for second. Back to 1000m should suit much better and she can jump and run from the inside gate. BEFUDDLE (6) resumes off a long break. She was last seen running third in a G3 Thoroughbred Breeders Stakes at Flemington, also boasting form around the likes of Tentyris as a 2yo. Tricky draw but wary of her ability. MRS IGLESIA (4) resumes. She was a handy 2yo last time in, watch the market for a lead on how she's returned off one solid trial. TUSCALOOSA GEM (8) was well backed into $1.45 fresh and got the job done, suspect she'll improve off that. SUGGESTED PLAY: Celerity to win.
