Genuine tempo with the speedy Xtra Rush leading the way. Handy race. Siding with the unbeaten and resuming XTRA RUSH (3). He bolted in on debut at Cranbourne over 1600m, justifying two odds-on quote to win his next pair. First up at 1800m here but we'll trust the stable who do tend to have them fit enough. He can take care of these. SINGLE CHOICE (2) is also first up which is interesting given he's never raced beyond a mile. That said, he was last seen running third to Panova in a strongly run G3 Carbine Club which is outstanding form for this. Have to respect. O CARA MIA (8) faded in a dash home at Warwick Farm last time out and has been freshened since. Her form prior in Sydney was rock solid for this. DUAL AWARD (6) improved nicely second up in a handy race at Sandown Hillside, he should improve again third up. SUGGESTED PLAY: Xtra Rush to win.
