Only a small field with Tommy Flyer likely to find a comfortable lead. TOMMY FLYER (6) went close to bringing up the hat-trick last time at Kembla Grange in Highway company, only to be collared late. Easier this time and he’s sure to prove very hard to reel in. TRAPEZE LEGEND (8) hasn't threatened in his two runs back but will find this easier and should appreciate the longer journey. Goes well in the wet and looks the main danger. TURGENEV (4) has left himself with too much to do in his two runs back but has warmed nicely late. Kept fresh with the 36 days between runs and is a track and trip winner. Genuine hope this time. SMOOTH ESPRIT (1) has struggled to threaten of late but gets weight off with the claim and comes into calculations in small field. SUGGESTED PLAY: Tommy Flyer to win.
