Was safely held at the only appearance last prep when fifth over 1800m at Hanshin Dirt. Under the care of new trainer Shoichi Hirata this prep. Comes here with definite claims. BLUE RADICAL (3) built on a nice second two starts back at Kanazawa with a win over 1400m at Kanazawa five weeks ago, getting home by one length. Stepping up a level this time but on current form he is capable of testing his rivals. ALLWETTER (6) has switched yards since scoring by 0.8 lengths at Nagoya over 1500m on November 21.
