Solid tempo with Smokey Saint possessing enough dash to find the front. RIVER BISCOTTE (1) nine-start Maiden with his hoof on the till. Struggled to see the 1450m out when a fading fourth here in a Super Maiden. Tongue-tie goes on and assess on some of his earlier efforts. SMOKEY SAINT (2) turned in a strong performance first-up when in the money at Taree, then jumped in trip for a battling seventh over 1308m at Taree. Finds a nice race and can bounce back. DIVINE ABBY (4) Divine Prophet mare from Easy Rock on debut for the David Campbell stable. Ran fifth in her only trial over 806m at Coffs Harbour. Must be respected from the inside gate. NA HAMAH (7) deep into the prep and quickly running out of chances. Finds a suitable race on the quick backup and goes into the exotics. SUGGESTED PLAY: River Biscotte can shed his Maiden ststus.
