Hard to knock the recent consistency of FAMILIAR TRICKS (5) who has put together a string of top-two finishes at this circuit including wins at his last two starts. Overcame wider draws in both of those victories so a lower draw can see him take this step up in grade and land the hat trick. PROHIBITED LOVE (9) broke last start but the prior form was strong, recording three wins and three placings from the six outings where he trotted cleanly this time in. Major player with manners. MACHO MAN (6) could be close to a win after placing in three of his last five outings here. CHIEF RUNNINGCLOUD (7) must be included on the back of some solid recent form, finishing top-three in his last four outings including a win two back.
