CAPTAIN OF SPEED (1) produced a strong effort last start when she led and battled on well but just missed out at Coolamon over 1760m. Will enjoy a nice run from this favourable starting position and is good enough to put herself in the winners' stall. HARRYS DEAL (7) has not raced for 11 months. Looks forward enough for this return after a minor placing in a recent trial. Should enjoy a nice smother from this draw and will be looking for a split at some stage. Sure to be right there at the finish. ALTA WILLIAM (10) finished sixth last start at Listed level in a race won by Captain Hammerhead over 2270m at Riverina Paceway, beaten 18 metres. This easier and a return to form is on the cards. HELLO I TEA (5) was out of the money two runs ago then overcame a break to finish second, beaten 3.5 metres, over 1660m at Parkes a week-and-a-half ago. Only needs to get things right to be in the money again.
