Moderate tempo expected with Dublin Red likely to find the front over No Plastic and Northern Sunrise. DUBLIN RED (6) made progress in both her starts in the spring and resumed from her spell with a game effort for second at Pinjarra just over a fortnight ago. She is nicely placed lining up in the country for the first time and is poised to go one better. NO PLASTIC (1) has been battling to win a race for some time but his form has taken a turn for the better recently, with a close-up second at Esperance recently, where he was beaten by a nose. He has 100 metres less to travel this time and could take them all of the way. LADY DERRINGER (7) finished sixth in her only start last prep and should find this easier fresh up. She has shown ability at the trials and with the blinkers on for the first time, she can give this a shake. Keep an eye on the markets. WANNA CRACKER (4) finished runner on debut and then probably lacked a bit of strength in his next couple of starts. His recent spell would have done him the world of good and he is capable of a big run fresh up. SUGGESTED PLAY: Dublin Red to win.
