Finds a tougher race but another big run will not surprise. MAKANKOSAPPO (9) turned in a bold run first up when he tried to lead throughout but faded and finished fourth, beaten 2.25 lengths at Sonoda. Expected to go close. PYTHON (7) took advantage of the good draw and raced on the pace last start before tiring to finish sixth, beaten 4 lengths, over 1500m at this track. Another bold showing is expected. TOKAI DIAMANT (10) was below her best last time when tenth over 1500m at this track. Open to improvement and should be about the mark.
