Genuine tempo with the speedy Super Fast leading the way. GIMMETHEGOODLIFE (1) finished second at Vaal two runs back but didn't measure up last time over 1000m at Vaal, finishing 5 lengths back in seventh after being in the firing line on the corner. Serino Moodley gets the best out of this four-year-old gelding. Looks well placed so expect a big run this time. MAGIC SURPRISE (2) has progressed nicely in his last couple of runs. Finished second at this track two starts back then got the job done by 3 lengths as favourite last time out over 1200m at this track. Stepping up a level this time but on current form he is one of the key runners. THISISWHATITMEANS (4) resumes today after closing off last preparation with four consecutive wins, the latest over 1400m at this track on July 13. Hard to fault form here before a spell. Placed 2/2 fresh. Go well. GOOD TRAVELLER (8) scored last start at this track to make it two wins from three starts this campaign. Has been in the top three at all six starts here, including three wins.
