Slick tempo with Nihonpiro Reach to lead but under plenty of pressure in a keen early contest. NIHONPIRO REACH (9) is a progressive type still in first campaign but off to a great start to her career. Has racked up wins at her last three runs, the latest scoring over 1400m at this track. Races well here and expected to go close again. EIYU CUTE (5) is returning from a spell of three-and-a-half months. Finished fifth at Kochi over 1400m at the first run last prep. Now with a new trainer Michiya Araki and a solid return is anticipated. COSMO MOANA (6) turned in a good effort when narrowly defeated last time at this track over 1400m. Right in the mix. FIORE (10) proved too strong two runs ago but was not as effective last time out when sixth over 1400m here. Can bounce right back.
