REALGAR (11) returns from a spell of two-and-a-half years after back-to-back wins to close last campaign, the latest over 2000m at Ohi. The one to beat again. SNOW BLIZZARD (4) resumes from a spell of 11 months and is having his first outing under new trainer Hiroaki Sakurai. Finished fourth at Kokura over 1800m at the opening run last time in work. Rates highly so expect him to be prominent. DUAL CAREER (10) turned in a fine effort to win by a neck at this course and distance last time out to make it two-for-two this prep. Goes up a rung or two but he is up to the task. SAYONAKIDORI (7) was below his best last time when sixth over 1600m at this track. Has a formidable record at this journey with three wins and three placings from eight starts and is a key contender.
