Pace genuine with Masano Hero and Digest pressing hard closely followed by Facet and Crystal Cave. CRYSTAL CAVE (13) lifted strongly to score by one length last time out over 1500m at this track at the second run back from a spell. Impossible to fault this time in work. Top contender. DON'T LET GO (6) was prominent on the corner and battled on well to finish second last start over 1600m at this track, beaten 0.8 lengths. Goes up a rung or two but she is good enough to feature. HOPE ETOILE (12) did a great job to score by 0.8 lengths over today's course and distance last start to maintain his good form of late. Meeting a deeper field this time but he is up to the challenge. FACET (8) resumes from a spell of eight months and is having her first outing under new trainer Hiroyuki Mogi. Finished 12th at Nagoya over 1500m at the opening run last time in work. Should be primed for this.
