Plenty of early pressure from Laurier Flavor, Miss Carrera and Ferdinando battling for the lead over Princess Allie. PRINCESS ALLIE (9) bounced back last start and scored by one length after being in contention on the bend over 1500m at Urawa. Likely to be there at the finish again. FORTE LIEN (3) was a winner last time over 1600m at this track and re-unites with Masashige Honda who steered on that occasion. Gets some weight relief this time so another bold showing is expected. FERDINANDO (6) scored last start by 1.3 lengths at this track over 1400m. Has a strong record this course, scoring at two of four starts. One of the contenders. MISS CARRERA (4) will strip fitter for this after running below expectations first-up at Urawa, finishing fifth and beaten 6 lengths over 1500m. She strips fitter second up and the extra 300 metres is ideal. Stick with her on an each way basis.
