Run Yes Run and Patch Of Cosmo will press forward, with one of more of the unraced runners possibly contributing to the strong tempo. The Griffin's get things underway at Sha Tin and KA YING RESILIENCE (7) appears the one to beat on debut for Purton and Hayes. He bolted in at the trials recently under Purton, winning by 2L over 800m, pulling away when he hit the front. Drawn the inside which isn't ideal down the straight, but he may just be too classy for his rivals. SANTORINI (4) just missed over 1200m last start following two good efforts over this course and distance last time out. Gets a big tick with Teetan sticking with him, and he continues to improve with racing. Can make his presence felt once again. KARATE EXPRESS (8) responded well in a recent trial, getting the job done up at Conghua in readiness for this. Lyle Hewitson made the trip to Conghua to ride the gelding in his last two trials, which is a positive sign for his ability. Sure to make his presence felt. RUN YES RUN (11) can be up front from the outside draw and take plenty of catching down in the weights.
