Expecting Dearest Love to lead Lord Lightning at just a moderate tempo. LORD LIGHTNING (2) hit the frame two starts ago here but ran below par last time when tenth over 1400m at this track. Better placed and expected to measure up. STAR IN STEALTH (6) was out of the money when resuming from a spell last start over 1400m at this circuit. Strips fitter and worth another chance. DEAREST LOVE (3) has been out of the placings in two runs since a break, the latest when ninth over 1400m at this track after she was in contention on the turn. Has further improvement to come and is a key runner. SHIRAKABA (5) missed the frame last start over 1400m at this track. Better than recent efforts suggest and can make the finish here.
